Die DSAI engagiert sich für Patienten mit angeborenen Immundefekten. Zunächst stehen die Menschen, betroffene Patienten und deren Angehörige im Mittelpunkt. Erstes Ziel ist deshalb, die seelischen Bedürfnisse Betroffener und deren Angehörigen aufzufangen. Der persönliche Erfahrungsaustausch steht im Vordergrund.
